Our charter fishing boat is named the Lucy L. She is very nice Hatteras Sportfisher, well kept, with all the luxuries of home. Such as air conditioning, bedrooms, dvd, vcr, satellite radio, cd player, iPod, a PlayStation2 for the kids and full kitchen. We can carry up to six passengers at a time.
You can expect that a typical catch would include Spanish Mackeral, King Mackeral, Dophin, Bluefish, Bonita, Jack Crevalle, Ladyfish and of course one of the best tasting and hard fighting the REDFISH.
Just a few rules and regulations to abide by when you reserve a charter fishing or sunset cruise with Lucy L Charters.
- All bait, fishing license and tackle is included.
- You will need to bring your food, beverages, sunscreen and towels. Alcohol is permitted but, please no bottles. We can arrange for food if you prefer.
- A deposit of $250.00 is required at the time of booking. We accept checks, cash and MaterCard or Visa
- If you cancel 21 days before your scheduled trip you will receive a full refund. If you cancel 8-21 days before your trip you will forfeit your deposit. From 8 days until the day of your trip, most likely you will forfeit the entire cost of the trip, but this is up to the captain's discretion. There will be a fuel surcharge, if fuel prices are above $3:00 a gallon.
- The captain makes the call on weather the morning of your scheduled trip. He makes a safe decision and if he decides to cancel your trip: you will receive a full refund or you can reschedule.
- The deck hand works very hard for you to have a fun, safe and productive trip. He works for tips which are customarily 15-20%. The mate will clean and bag your fish for .30 cents a pound.
